Cancellation Policy
To book your Eyelash Extension appointment, a valid card is required. You will not be charged at the time of booking; your card is only charged if you cancel or reschedule within the timeframes below. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment with no charge. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, a 30% service fee will be charged. If you do not show up for your appointment, a 50% service fee will be charged. This policy ensures that all clients have a fair opportunity to book while allowing us to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
