To secure an appointment, a valid card is required, but you are not charged at the time of booking. If you cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment, there is no fee. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, a fee may be charged — for Permanent Makeup, it’s $100, and for Eyelash Extensions, it’s 30% of the service price.
No! All appointments are booked with your card on file, but no payment is taken upfront. Charges only apply if the 48-hour cancellation policy is not followed.
